Really pleased to be selected for The Artists Pool exhibition Art in the Age of Ai at 54 The Gallery in Mayfair.

Art in the Age of Ai explores the intersection between art and Ai, whether it's the use of Ai as a tool to create art, or the creation of art that explores the concept of Ai.

The show is open from 14-20th October 2024 with the private view on 15th October between 6 and 9pm.

My piece, entitled a.i.feel 14.0, is a drypoint etching using a reference created using deep learning models which generate images from text prompts. The resulting paintings and etchings aim to question our evolving relationship with artificial intelligence.
The history of drypoint etching can be traced back to the 15th century; I find the amalgamation of such a traditional method of image making with a relatively new way of creating ai images an intriguing combination.
