The Crow Stone is a boundary stone which formerly marked the limits of London city law. Also known as Crowstone or City Stone it stands on the mud at the bottom of Crowstone Avenue in Chalkwell (Southend-on-Sea).
Redcaps - Collage print pattern
The Redcaps print takes its name from the Chalkwell Redcaps, an open water social swimming group based in Southend-on-Sea. This collection plays with the Dada concept of chance. An initial random placement of collaged photography offered a way of letting go of conscious control.
